ARE ALL SALES FINAL?

Yes. Excluding unworn, unwashed apparel. Please note, Third Man will not accept returns or exchanges based solely on aesthetic reasons, but will happily replace your record if there is any discernible issue with audio quality.

CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE APPAREL?

Unworn apparel may be returned for store credit for the cost of the product within 30 days of purchase. Please send returns to Third Man Records ATTN: Returns 621 7th Ave S. Nashville TN 37203. From here, please contact sales@thirdmanrecords.com for access to your store credit for the cost of the product!"

CAN YOU REPLACE A DEFECTIVE TURNTABLE?

Yes! We provide a 90 day warranty on all our turntables unless otherwise noted.

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER.

If your order has not arrived or you do not see additional movement in your tracking information after 30 days, please contact sales@thirdmanrecords.com.  If you fail to contact us within 90 days, we will be unable to file a missing package claim or offer a replacement.

I HAVE A WRONG OR MISSING ITEM IN MY ORDER.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to ship out your missing item.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE.

Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order with a video and/or pictures of the damage.You will then have 14 business days to return your package. After 14 days, we can no longer accept the return and the label will expire.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE A RETURN?

All service tickets will be valid for up to 30 days from first correspondence. If your issue has not been resolved within 30 days because of a lack of communication or failure to send in returns, we are no longer responsible.
